Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Guangzhou Only You Jewelry Co., Ltd. operates gemformia.com under the Gemformia brand. This policy explains how we use information you provide when discussing a jewelry or gemstone project with us.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, project details and an optional phone or WhatsApp number. We also record the website page where you make the inquiry, the corresponding service and any sample you choose, so our team can understand your request. When you email us, we also receive the contents and attachments you send.

How we use your information

We use this information to review your requirements, reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and manage the resulting business conversation. The inquiry form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored privately in our website database and may be sent to our business email account as a notification. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. We do not sell inquiry information. Please avoid sending payment details or other sensitive personal information through this form.

Technical information

Our hosting services may keep standard security and access logs, including IP address and request information. The inquiry endpoint uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions. This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers in its custom theme.

Fonts are served directly by this website. Opening a WhatsApp link connects you to WhatsApp, where its own privacy terms apply. Your browser may store functional cookies if you sign in to the website administration area.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle the project, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us about access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing service@onlyyouhk.com. We may need to confirm your identity before fulfilling a request.
